Tianjin Changlu New Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. was incorporated in September 2015 with a registered capital of RMB 125 million, located in Nangang Industrial Zone of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, jointly funded by three shareholders, namely Tianjin Changlu Sea Crystal Group Co.

Nangang Industrial Zone is the south port of Tianjin “Twin Cities and Twin Ports” urban space development strategic plan, located in the southeast of Binhai New Area, 45 kilometers away from Tianjin downtown, 40 kilometers away from Tianjin Airport, 20 kilometers away from Tianjin Port. The industrial zone is laid out in “one area, one belt and five parks”, with good ecological environment, complete infrastructure and favorable investment environment.
