Changlu New Material is a national high-tech enterprise, Tianjin innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, Eagle enterprise, with post-doctoral workstation; now relying on independent research and development technology, it has built 500 tons/year of perfluoropolyether production device, 300 tons/year of hydrofluoroethers production device, and 500 tons/year of hexafluoroepoxypropane production device.
Perfluoropolyether is a synthetic polymer with excellent chemical stability, heat resistance and low friction coefficient. It is mainly composed of carbon, fluorine and oxygen, which are the only elements contained in the molecule.
Applications:
Widely used in semiconductor production as a lubricant for vacuum mechanical pumps.
As a high temperature and chemically stable lubricant for porous metal bearings, conveyor belts, paper and textile machinery.
Widely used in the aerospace industry due to properties such as a wide range of fluid temperatures and low evaporation.
Characteristics: chemically inert, heat resistant, non-flammable, good electrical insulation.
