Tianjin Changlu Sea Crystal Group Co., Ltd (Tianjin Changlu Tanggu Salt Farm) is a national large-scale sea salt production key backbone enterprise. The company is facing the Bohai Sea to the east, adjacent to Tianjin Port, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area and Tianjin Free Trade Zone, and is located in the center of Tianjin Binhai New Area, covering an area of 172 square kilometers. The company's predecessor, Fengcaichang, was founded in 1265, the second year of the Yuan Dynasty, and has a long history of sea salt production. It is one of the important sources of Changlu salt and is famous for its “Haijing Brand” industrial salt, with an annual output of more than 2 million tons of high-quality industrial salt (including refined salt). The production process and technical equipment of sea salt and chemical products are at the national advanced level, and it is one of the largest sea salt production bases in China and the pilot base of medicinal salt in Tianjin.
