Perfluoropolyethers (abbreviated as PFPE) are specialized synthetic polymers
Basic Properties: Perfluoropolyether is a synthetic polymer that is liquid at room temperature and contains only three elements in its molecule: carbon (C), fluorine (F) and oxygen (O). Its unique C-F bond gives it a series of excellent physical and chemical properties.

Research History: Research on perfluoropolyethers began in the 1960s and has been applied in many fields due to its excellent properties.
Molecular structure: According to the molecular structure of perfluoropolyethers, they can be divided into four types: K-type, Y-type, Z-type and D-type. These different molecular structures are obtained by different monomers and synthesis methods.
Synthesis methods: The synthesis methods of perfluoropolyethers mainly include photo-oxidation catalytic polymerization and anionic polymerization. Different synthesizing methods can get different structures and properties of perfluoropolyethers.
